There is a bug that was reported already but not fixed yet. If the current Windows user has a Hebrew name, the integrity check just repeats itself endlessly.

Till the problem is solved:

  • Download tangodel.reg.zip

  • Unzip the file and run tango.reg
  • Reconnect to Tango. When you get the following window, unmark the option Save this confirmation... and click No.

Integrity scan results

Once integrity checking is complete, you might receive a window with warnings of potential security problems in your computer (No updated antivirus, viruses, spyware, warms, etc.).

Fix the detected problems according to our instructions:

  1. The following error indictaes that either an Anti-Virus software is not installed on your computer or that the Anti-Virus definitions are not updated.
    • In case you do not have an Anti-Virus software you will need to install one (if you are eligible for connecting to HUJI from home, you can download McAfee from our site).
    • If your definitions are out of date you can download and run from our site (Only Symantec and McAfee are available here).
