Leave a copy on server - Outlook XP/2003

 


Step 1

 

  • Load Outlook Express

  • Click Tools from the main menu.

  • Click E-mail Accounts...

Step 2

 

  • Choose View or change existing e-mail accounts under E-mail.

  • click Next.

Step 3

 

  • Choose your account and click Change...




Step 4

 

  • Click on the More Settings button.




Step 5

 

  • Mark the option: Leave a copy of messages on the server.

  • Mark the option: Remove from server and choose a maximum of 7 days.

  • Click OK.
