תקלות נוספות בסמבה

תקלות נפוצות סמבה:

  1. 1.    Login failed ב- webvpn ובתוכנה

-       שגיאת הקלדה של שם משתמש/ססמה.

 

  1. 2.    כתובת דומיין לא נכונה

The VPN connection failed due to unsuccessful domain name resolution -       התקלה הכי פשוטה הלקוח פשוט לא רושם נכון את samba.huji.ac.il 3.    כשלון בכניסה דרך התוכנה ול- webvpn-       יש למחוק קובץ  hosts. 4.      Failed to load preferences

-       יש לאפשר Hidden files:

1) Access the Control Panel
2) Type "folder" into the search bar and select "File Explorer Options"
3) Then, click on the View tab at the top of the window
4) Under Advanced Settings, locate "Hidden files and folders..."
5) Then, click on "Show hidden files, folders, and drives"
5) Click on OK
6) Hidden files will now be shown when performing searches in Windows Explorer

 

-       לאחר מכן יש להסיר את קבצי ההגדרות, קבצי ההגדרות נמצאים ב:
C:\ProgramData\Cisco\CiscoAnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Profile

-       וגם הקובץ preferences.xml ב:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client

 

  1. הסמבה מנתקת את האינטרנט

- כנראה שזאת בעיה שנוצרת עקב אנטי וירוס, יש ליצור החרגה או למחוק. ביטול האנטי וירוס לזמן מסוים לא תמיד עובד!!!!!!

-       היו מקרים שגם קובץ hosts  פתר את הבעיה.

-       יש פתרון אופציונלי של אלון שקצת מסובך להוסיף לכאן, מופיע במספר קריאה: 172927 ובקישור: http://superuser.com/questions/118206/no-internet-connection-with-cisco-vpn

 

  1.  the vpn connection is unavailable – מופיע עם איקס אדום עליו
  • Log on to Windows by Safe mode by an accout with administrative privileges
  • Go to your Windows Installed directory (eg . c:\windows\system32)
  • Open "LogFiles" folder inside system32
  • then the "WMI" Folder
  • find folder RTBackup inside it
  • What you have to do is delete everything inside the RTBackup Folder
  • BUT DO NOT DELETE THE RtBackup Folder!
  • After Deleting Everything inside , Just Reboot PC Into Normal Mode

-       במידה ועדיין מקבלים את אותה התקלה:

 

  • ללחוץ על run
  • אחר כך להקליד services.msc
  • למצוא ברשימה את cisco וללחוץ עליו פעמיים
  • ללחוץ על startup type: automatic
  • ללחוץ על apply
  • אחר כך על service status
  • ללחוץ על start
  • ללחוץ על ok ואז לנסות להתחבר לסמבה.

 

  1. יש הודעת שגיאה נפוצה שעולה בהתקנה אבל אלירן לא זוכר אותה.

-       יש להפעיל את הקובץ התקנה בתור מנהל מערכת (run as administrator).

-       כדי להיכנס בתור מנהל מערכת יש ללחוץ על מקש ימני על קובץ ההתקנה ולבחור באופציה הרלוונטית.

 

  1. לאחר הכנסת הסיסמה לתוכנה מופיעה ההודעה הבאה:

Anyconnect VPN client…not able to establish connection to gateway 

פתרונות אפשריים שלאחריהם יש לעשות יש לעשות reboot:

א.     כתיבת הדומיין במקום samba.huji.ac.il, למשל 128.139.30.66 - הכתובת יכולה להשתנות מדי פעם, יש לבדוק לפני ההזנה.

ב.     מחיקת hosts (תמיד טוב J)

ג.      העברת internet connection sharing (להלן: ICS) ללא פעיל (disabled) הוראות:

  1. מקש ימני על "המחשב שלי"
  2. בוחרים ב"נהל" או manage

או

  1. מחפשים בsearch: computer management

לאחר הבחירה באחת משתי האופציות:

  1. לוחצים על ICS ומעבירים ללא פעיל
  2. לאחר מכן יש לבצע הפעלה מחדש של המחשב

9. The AnyConnect package on the secure gateway could not be located. You may
be experiencing network connectivity issues. Please try connecting again.

This error is caused on the user's Linux machine when it tries to connect to the ASA by launching AnyConnect

Solution

In order to resolve this error message, verify whether the Operating System (OS) that is used on the client machine is supported by the AnyConnect client. For complete information on supported software, refer to the System Requirements section in theAnyConnect Release Notes.

If the OS is supported, then verify if the AnyConnect package is specified in the WebVPN configuration or not. See the Anyconnect package unavailable or corrupted section of this document for more information.

 

10. כאשר באמצע תהליך ההתקנה (שלב 10 בהוקה לעת עתה, כשהפס הירוק נטען) מופיעה הודעה זו: The vpn client agent was unable to create interprocess communication depot

-       ללחוץ על start

-       לחפש את לוח הבקרה

-       View network status and tasks (מרכז הרשת והשיתוף)

-       Change adapter settings (שנה הגדרות מתאם)

-       לחץ ימני בעכבר ואז על shared connection  (חיבור לאינטרנט שהוא משותף)

-       לבחור options (אפשרויות)

-       לחצן ימני ואז לבחור ב- sharing

-       לנקות את סימוני allow other network users to connect…

-       ללחוץ על ok

-       להפעיל את סיסקו

 

11. The VPN client driver has encountered an error

Solution

In order to resolve this error, complete this procedure in order to manually set the AnyConnect VPN agent to Interactive:

  1. Right-click My Computer > Manage > Services and Applications > Services > and select the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Agent.
  2. Right-click Properties, then log on, and select Allow service to interact with the desktop.

    This sets the registry Type value DWORD to 110 (default is 010) for the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\vpnagent.

Note: If this is to be used, then the preference would be to use the .MST transform in this instance. This is because if you set this manually with these methods, it requires that this be set after every install/upgrade process. This is why there is a need to identify the application that causes this problem.



When Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) is enabled on the Windows PC, AnyConnect fails with the The VPN client driver has encountered an error. error message. In order to resolve this issue, make sure that Routing and RRAS is disabled before starting AnyConnect. Refer to Cisco bug ID CSCsm54689 for more information.
